Cancel a subscription the phone is billing you for
Find the subscriptions your phone bills you for, and cancel one in about four taps.
Anything bought through an app is billed by Apple or Google, not by the company that made the app. Your statement shows their name, so the bank end is a dead end.
On an iPhone the list is behind your name at the top of Settings, not under Payments or Apps. On an Android phone it is in the Play Store: press your picture at the top, then “Payments & subscriptions”.
