A list that stays tidy
Make a list that lines itself up and renumbers itself when you add something in the middle.
Everybody types the numbers in by hand the first time. It works beautifully until you remember something and have to put it in at number three.
There is a button that makes a list a proper list. From then on the program owns the numbers, the dots and the lining up, and it will not let them go crooked.
There is a fourth trick worth having: the sub-point. Press the button that pushes a line to the right and it becomes a point underneath the one above — a) and b) under 3, rather than 4 and 5.
