What to remember
- A held slot gives you an hour to shop in peace. Without one, you can fill a cart and find nothing left to deliver it in.
- Whatever comes, you can refuse it at the door and be refunded. Nobody has to accept a substitution.
- An order is not sealed the moment you place it. There is a cut-off, and it is usually the night before.
