Making things easier to press accurately

Stop a shaky tap or a stray click from doing the wrong thing.

If your finger brushes a screen on the way to the button you wanted, the phone counts the brush. That is not clumsiness. That is a machine set for someone with a very steady hand.

Under Accessibility you will find touch settings. Hold Duration is the useful one. It tells the phone to ignore a touch unless your finger stays put for a moment. Brushes stop counting.

On a computer the same trouble shows up differently. The pointer is small and hard to follow, or a double click has to happen faster than your hand wants to move. Both are adjustable.
