Take the four facts out of a hospital text
Read a hospital message right through, take out the four facts that matter, and press nothing it chose for you.
Hospital appointments used to arrive on paper, in an envelope with the hospital’s name on it. Many now arrive as a text, sometimes before the letter and sometimes instead.
That leaves an honest problem. A genuine hospital message and a fraudulent one look identical on a small screen, and nobody can reliably tell them apart. So the answer is to stop judging them.
