Make the writing bigger on your phone
Make every word on your phone a comfortable size, and put it back in ten seconds if you go too far.
A great many people put up with text that is too small for years, because nobody told them it could be changed. It can, and it takes about twenty seconds.
The setting changes the writing in every app at once — messages, email, the settings themselves. It costs nothing, uses nothing up, and can be slid back at any time.

What to remember
- Text Size lives under Display on every phone made, and the slider works both ways. On a Samsung the two rows read Display, then Font size and style — different words, the same two steps.
- If one app stubbornly stays small, look inside that app for its own text setting.
- Accessibility holds a second, longer text slider that most people never find. On a Samsung it is Accessibility, then Visibility enhancements, then Font size and style — the wording differs, and the longer slider sits at the same point in the order.
