Reply without your glasses on
Speak a message instead of typing it, and have the phone read one out to you.
There is a small microphone on the keyboard itself, usually beside the space bar. Press it, talk, and the phone writes down what you said as ordinary typing you can read and correct.
This is not the same as a voice note. A voice note sends your actual voice. This turns your voice into words, which you check before anything is sent — so a mistake costs nothing.
