Print a pattern at true size
Print a sewing pattern or a woodworking plan at the size it was drawn.
Printers shrink a page slightly so nothing runs off the edge. On a pattern, that quietly makes every measurement wrong.
Setting the size to 100% prints it as drawn, and a test square on the sheet proves it.
