Sort decades of paper
Start on a room full of boxes without losing a whole weekend.
A box worked through one photograph at a time never ends. Sort the whole box into piles first, then scan only one of the piles.
Most of a box is duplicates, blurred shots and strangers. That is the pile that never reaches the scanner.
