Zoom in on a web page
Make one website bigger without changing anything else on the machine.
Zoom makes the page you are looking at bigger, and only that page. The words rewrap to fit the width.
The browser remembers the size for that website. Everything else opens exactly as it did before.
Key points
- Zoom enlarges one web page, and the words rewrap to fit
- The browser remembers that size for that site alone
What to remember
- Zoom belongs to the page, not to the machine.
- Zoom is per site, and remembered.
Try this
Open a site you find hard to read and hold Ctrl while pressing the plus key twice. It will still be bigger tomorrow.
