Tell an ad from a result
See which rows on a search page were bought, and scroll to the one you wanted.
The first rows on a search page are often advertisements. Somebody paid to sit above the real results.
A small word — Sponsored, or Ad — is the only thing telling them apart.
Key points
- Rows marked Sponsored or Ad were paid for, not chosen for you
- The result you wanted sits just underneath them
What to remember
- The row you want is the first with no Sponsored on it.
- Read the address under a row before you press it.
Try this
Search for something you buy often and count the rows before the first one with no Sponsored on it.
